Carol Ann - Co-Founder/CEO

Carol Ann is a space-holder, truth-teller, and guide for those on the path of healing. With over two decades in Human Resources leadership and a personal journey shaped by childhood trauma, PTSD, and the long road home to herself, she brings both structure and soul to everything she builds. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in community, and that every person deserves a space where their pain is met with compassion, not judgment — and where becoming whole is not a destination, but a sacred practice.

Interested in Becoming a Facilitator With Sage Collective?

We’re building something rare, a network of grounded, heart-led facilitators who know how to hold space for real transformation. If your work lives at the intersection of healing, community, and human connection, we’d love to explore partnering with you.

Sage Collective is Not Traditional Employment.

We don’t hire staff. We collaborate with skilled practitioners, coaches, guides, and space-holders who feel called to lead small-group conversations, integration circles, and community experiences within our Grove ecosystem.

Who We Partner With

We’re seeking facilitators who:

  • Have experience guiding groups, holding emotional space, or leading transformative conversations
  • Value trauma-aware, human-centered practices
  • Can offer grounded presence, accountability, and structure
  • Are aligned with our philosophy of collective healing, shared witnessing, and community-based growth
  • Understand the responsibility of facilitating with integrity, safety, and clarity

How Partnership Works

As a Sage Facilitator, you’ll be invited into a collaborative partnership, not an employer/employee relationship.

You’ll lead Groves (small, intimate circles), set your availability, and co-create experiences that support our members on their journeys.

We Provide the Ecosystem:

  • A supportive community
  • A clear facilitator framework
  • Consistent structure for group circles
  • Tools, guides, and shared best practices
  • A values-aligned digital sanctuary where your work can thrive
  • You bring your presence, your skill, your lived experience, and your capacity to guide others.

If This Resonates

  • We’d love to meet you.
