What Is a Grove?

A Grove is a small, online, live, facilitator-led group designed for integration, regulation, and connection. No pressure to share. Passing is always welcome.

What Happens in a Grove Session?

Each Grove is a live, online gathering held in a small group (typically 3–8 people) and guided by a trained, trauma-aware facilitator.

Sessions may include:

A grounding or arrival practice
A simple reflection or prompt
Optional sharing (pass is always an option)
Gentle integration and closing

There is no fixing, forcing, or advising — only presence, pacing, and respect

Our Core Agreements

1. We speak from the “I,” not the “you.”

No advice.
No diagnosing.
No projecting.

2. We do not fix or rescue one another.

Presence over solutions.

3. We hold confidentiality with reverence.

What’s shared here stays here.

4. We honor consent at all times.

No one is required to speak, share, or participate beyond their capacity.

5. We honor silence.

Silence is sacred, not awkward.

6. We allow emotions without identifying people with them.

Emotion ≠ story ≠ identity.

7. We let go of outcomes.

This is not therapy, coaching, or improvement.
This is presence.

8. We stay inside the circle.

No sidebar conversations.
No DMs.
No unsolicited outreach afterward.

9. We practice humility.

No gurus.
No saviors.
Every voice matters.
