MEN'S HEALING GROVE

MEN'S HEALING GROVE

Many men were taught to be strong, dependable, and self-sufficient—but not always how to be seen, supported, or emotionally understood. Carrying everything alone may have helped you survive, but it doesn't have to be how you keep living. This Grove offers a confidential, facilitator-led space where men can explore healing, connection, and authentic conversation without judgment or pressure. Whether you speak often or simply listen, your presence is enough.

What Happens in a Grove Session?

Each Grove is a live, online gathering held in a small group (typically 3–8 people) and guided by a trained, trauma-aware facilitator.

Sessions may include:

A grounding or arrival practice
A simple reflection or prompt
Optional sharing (pass is always an option)
Gentle integration and closing

There is no fixing, forcing, or advising, only presence, pacing, and respect.

Our Core Agreements

1. We speak from the “I,” not the “you.”

We don't give advice.
We don't diagnose.
We don't project.

2. We do not fix or rescue one another.

We prioritize presence over solutions.

3. We hold confidentiality with reverence.

What’s shared here stays here.

4. We honor consent at all times.

No one is required to speak, share, or participate beyond their capacity.

5. We honor silence.

Silence is sacred and honored, not awkward.

6. We allow emotions without identifying people with them.

Emotion ≠ story ≠ identity.

7. We let go of outcomes.

This is not therapy, coaching, or improvement.
This is presence.

8. We stay inside the circle.

We avoid sidebar conversations.
We practice consent-based contact.
We avoid unsolicited outreach.

9. We practice humility.

You'll find no gurus here.
No saviors.
Every voice matters.
