Our purpose is simple and ancient:
to hold space for healing through story, reflection, and connection.
We believe that when we witness one another - gently, honestly, and with care - something inside each of us begins to heal.

You join through our website. Once you become a member, you’ll enter our Discord community — the heart of the Grove — where you can access circles, buy tokens, meet facilitators, and grow at your own pace.

Sage Collective was born from the personal healing journeys of Carol Ann and Jason.
Jason found transformation through group circles in his mental health journey, discovering the power of shared vulnerability. Carol Ann brought over 20 years of executive HR leadership and her graduate-level experience in human-centered organizational design — along with a fierce belief that work and community should be places that leave people better, not broken.

Together, they built the healing ecosystem they wished existed for them:
a place where people come first, where stories are sacred, and where no one heals alone.

No. Your tokens never expire. They roll over month after month until you’re ready to use them.

Yes. Non-members can buy one single-use token for $30.
But only members gain full access to the Sage Collective ecosystem inside Discord.

A Grove is a live, facilitated, small-group healing session with a maximum of 8 people.
Every Grove has a theme — such as grief, PTSD, sexual trauma, creativity, relationships, self-discovery, and more.

Each Grove is intimate and capped at 8 participants for safety, depth, and connection.

All Groves are led by trained and certified facilitators — highly skilled, deeply compassionate practitioners who hold the circle with integrity, consent, and care. We pay our facilitators well and expect excellence.

We offer Groves for healing, reflection, creativity, and community-building.
We begin with spaces where people most urgently need support — PTSD/CPTSD, grief, sexual trauma, identity-based spaces — and expand from there.

Every member receives these guidelines upon joining.

Participants don’t need vetting — healing should be accessible.
Facilitators, however, go through an extensive, rigorous selection process.

If you cancel, you can still:

Use any tokens you’ve already purchased

Memberships can be canceled anytime. Tokens are not refundable, but you can:

Donate unused tokens
Gift them to individuals
 • • Contribute them to the Token Bank

Members or non-members can donate tokens to a shared community fund.
These tokens are offered as scholarship access to individuals who want to join Groves but cannot afford them.
You can also donate directly to someone you know needs support.
